Executive Strategist

SWIG is growing!  Our organizational structure consists of a pool of highly accomplished professionals who have excelled in their careers.  Many have held C-Suite positions in global companies; others have successfully launched their own businesses; while others have caught the entrepreneurial bug.  Our group has experience leading teams; bringing new products and services to market; and helping people, companies, and communities embrace change.

We are now building out our team of Executive Strategists.  Our clients needs are diverse, and our unique structure enables us to be highly creative and flexible, delivering impact and value.  In other words, we don't believe in billable hours for the sake of billable hours.  Strategists partner on engagements according to clients unique needs.  That's what we love about SWIG -- we think outside the box to bring our clients the best and the brightest talent.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of transformative leadership experience in at least one of our core service areas:  Discovery, Journey, Engagement, and Growth.  
  • Demonstrated ability to engage, inspire, and impact at the individual, company, and community level.  
  • Ability to sell ideas, methodologies, frameworks, processes...and yourself...to stakeholders at every touchpoint.  
  • Exceptional emotional intelligence, interpersonal, communicative, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven experience working across functions, teams, industries, and cultures.  International experience is a plus.  
  • Conversational intelligence of current affairs, which could include:  all things tech and internet, best-in-class management and leadership practices, current socio-economic issues, early-stage fund raising, working across global cultures, pop culture, the arts, etc.  
  • Ability to relate as a human.  Meaning, if we all went out to dinner together, would we have fun?
  • Advanced degree is preferred.

Business Development

We are looking for highly accomplished business development managers and consultants to work with SWIG to build relationships; identify financial opportunities; and introduce new clients, markets, and revenue streams. We are looking for people people who are highly engaging, passionate about their work, and committed to doing the right thing. 

Qualifications

  • 10+ years building win-win, revenue producing relationships from start to end.  Demonstrated ability cultivating meaningful leads, generating revenue, and long-term relationship maintenance.
  • A strong network of people and companies who would be interested in learning more about the SWIG story and our mission with the ultimate goal of conversion.  
  • Ability to envision the ideal SWIG client, taking into consideration our corporate culture and our mission, vision, values.  Demonstrated ability working with a similar demographic of people who genuinely want to do the right thing.  
  • Exceptional emotional intelligence, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven experience and demonstrated "wins" with a diverse client base, which could mean, experience selling across multiple verticals, geographies, cultures, teams, and age generations.  Ability to simultaneously relate to Millennials, Gen Xers, and Baby Boomers is a must.
